Googly eyes could possibly be my favorite craft supply so when I saw CRAFT contributor Jessica Wilson of Scrumdilly-do!’s festive Halloween garland with googly eyes, I smiled with delight. It’s a great way to easily add a touch of fun Halloween decor and is also a great project for adults to work on with the kids.
