When it comes to playing in water, kids aren’t usually interested in slowing down to dry off, no matter how much their teeth start to chatter. So, whether it’s a day at the beach or an afternoon of running through the sprinkler, keep your little ones snug with this cozy beach towel poncho tutorial from Make It and Love It!

These are great for the beach and the pool but would be perfect as bath towels too. They won’t shift or slide off while those little freshly bathed bodies are drying.

I’m definitely digging the stripes! Now, to find towels large enough to make a grownup version…

    When I was a kid, I had a towel like this that had Batman’s body screen printed on the front, and Batman’s cape on the back.
