I don’t know about you, but I can’t resist a beautiful stack of fat quarters. The only problem is, I’m not really a quilter. Luckily, now that I’ve seen the fat quarter wrap skirt tutorial that Melissa from Polka Dot Chair shared on Project Run & Play, I have a whole new reason to give in to temptation!
