If there’s guac at a party, you can usually find me standing next to the bowl. Wedding photographer Raya Carlisle shares her recipe for guacamole on design*sponge where I am sure that photos alone in this post will make your mouth water. I like to make mine without cilantro but don’t mind it if it is in guacamole. How do you like to make your guacamole? Share your thoughts with me in the comments. Now I think I need to get a volcanic rock Molcajete so mine can taste even better at home!

One Response to How-To: Guacamole

It figures that the first time I leave a comment about something it would be about food! I just thought what you said was so funny! My sister and I are always talking about chips and Guac, and, are always making fun of ourselves for always being around the appetizer table at a party. Anyway, that’s us, standing next to the food bowl, especially one filled with guacamole! I make mine with tomato, garlic, cilantro, and fresh lime juice. I too would love a Molecajete.
