Craft & Design Paper Crafts

When I was a kid, I used to love making paper snowflakes, even if my imagination was always several steps beyond my paper-cutting skill level. Last year, when I finally broke out some paper and made my first snowflakes since grade school, I was unreasonably proud of myself when I actually managed to cut a cat-shaped hole into one of them. Needless to say, my kitty snowflake would look pretty darn silly next to this skull and heart-filled masterpiece from Abby at Crafty Lady Abby. Her sugar skull-inspired theme adds such an unexpected and beautiful edge to this traditional holiday paper craft. Head over to her site to learn how to make your own!
