How to Enter: During the Contest Period, participants are invited to create and submit Halloween costumes, food and drink recipes, and Halloween party decor. To enter the Contest, please submit your project photos to the CRAFT Flickr pool, with the tag “crafthallowcontest“. Please include a brief description (up to 200 words) of your project, creation process, inspiration, materials, etc.
