Recently I’ve been into making smoothies for myself. The most delicious blend that I’ve made so far has also been the simplest: plain yogurt, fresh mango, and a small pinch of cardamom. Yum! I didn’t really think about it, but when I went looking for images, I realized it is, essentially, a mango lassi. (Lassi is a yogurt drink popular in India.)
Martha Stewart has a recipe, but really, it’s simple. Add ice if you want it chilled, and add sugar if the mango isn’t sweet enough for you.
