Baked and seasoned pumpkin seeds are one of my absolute favorite seasonal treats. So, when Kimberly posted her recipe for spiced pumpkin seed brittle on The Storque, the Etsy blog, I knew immediately that I’d need to try it out. Plus, with such simple ingredients, it’ll be a snap to veganize this brittle for non-dairy eaters like me. It’s entirely possible that I’ve just found my new Thanksgiving appetizer!
