The September class schedule is up at The Brooklyn Kitchen, a kitchen store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Some of them really caught my eye:
- September 8: Kombucha brewing with Kombuchman!
- September 9, 16, 23, 30: Knife skills
- September 10: Tasting tempeh
- September 15: Cake decorating
- September 21: Pickling with Bob McClure
And that’s just some of them! If you’re quick, you may also be able to get in on their Food Science Fridays for the remaining two weeks in August!
