Ruffled blog, a lovely source for everything pretty and wedding-related, have some really inspiring DIY ideas displayed in their recent photoshoot. I particularly love these simple wire hearts suspended over the cake. There isn’t a full tutorial on how they did it, but it looks like the thinnest of wire made into a heart, and hung by baker’s twine. Would be great for a Valentine’s Day soiree` or could even be made into a mobile for a little one.
